Healthy cooking now :-) 健康第一步,好的厨房!

 Can’t help to show my kitchen: very healthy now. Every morning I take a glass of water with vitamin C followed by some juice.  Banana with pear, banana with apple, carrot with pineapple, kiwi…more like a small game every morning.
 
Also made some kimchi: chinese cabbage, carrot, mooli, red pepper, star anise, pepper, water and some salt (I know, not good, will skip it next time…)
 
Another great thing I found a coffee maker like equipment which is super convenient for making soya milk, seasame porigee or walnut paste (traditional Chinese dessert). What is also good is that I can find all kinds of organic bean/seeds in Shanghai!
 
现在每天都过着健康的生活: 回来后清掉厨房很多不健康的东西, 买了冷轧的芝麻油、糙米、有机的一堆东西,最后拿出尘封已久的榨汁机,每天早上打果汁喝。香蕉加贡梨、香蕉加萍果、红萝卜加凤梨、奇异果都不错。
 
还跟妈妈电话咨询了怎么做四川泡菜,才7天就挺酸的了,下次试试不放盐会如何。
 
另外还买了一个好东西: 名字有点俗(糊来王),但是的确好用~
可以做豆浆、芝麻糊、核桃露…最棒的是,象热水壶一样,只要装上豆子、加水、插电、15分钟就一切OK
 
呵呵,只要能不在外面吃饭,就可以 吃的很健康又不会胖!
