Draught in California

Due to the draught in California, we are gradually replacing flowers with these drought resistant native plants.

After today’s long session with the gardener for simply digging two holes and moving 2 plants from the backyard to here, I finally conclude that this super friendly Mexican gentleman can really get along well with Indians. When they say ‘yes’, it simply means ‘I hear you’ instead of my habitual assumption of ‘I understand you’….

No wonder in one HBS case study, they talked about after P&G’s long search for someone to run their Latin American operations, eventually they assigned an Indian and the decision was a big success.
